What exactly is Pholio?
Pholio is an easy-to-use system, which enables photographers to keep their internet portfolio updated day-to-day. Pholio offers plenty of useful functions like automatically generated thumbnails or sorting pictures simply by dragging and dropping.

For how long can I test Pholio for free?
Go to www.revorm.com/pholio/setup to activate your free account for 30 days.
What's going to happen after those 30 days?
If you would like to use Pholio beyond your free trial period please just mail us your account information. Test accounts will be automatically deleted after 30 days in case you are not signalizing us your interest in extending the service.
Is Pholio being enhanced?
We are continously improving Pholio to offer you the most advanced and best-to-use portfolio system in the market. We'll offer new features for you to choose from every couple of weeks. For exemple: New designs or interfaces add-ons. All forthcoming enhancements will be included in your regular Pholio fee.
Can my Pholio site be found on Google?
All text contents you publish in your Pholio system will be indexed by Google and other major search engines.

My categories / photos don't show up.
For security reasons each category and photo has to be activated for public viewing. Use the "show category" or "show photo" check boxes in your configuration menu. Activated categories and texts receive an 'open folder' icon in the settings screen. (

What file types are supported?
Use the following file types in Pholio: EPS, GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF for your photos as well as your very own logo. PDF documents are not yet supported.
How do I create a contact page?
Click on "add text" and insert your contact details. If you enter your e-mail, Pholio will automatically create an e-mail link for you.
What about legal terms and conditions?
We strongly recommend adding an extra text page for legal terms & conditions to your public Pholio page. This could include your address, phone and fax numbers, as well as your e-mail and first and last names of a person who is legally responsible for all matters. The absolute necessity for legal declarations may vary from country to country, so please make sure that your Pholio site accords to your local internet laws.
